Change a job's max duration

POST 
/api/jobs/:jobName/max-duration

Sets how long a job run may take. A run that takes longer shows a warning in the admin UI, makes the job's health check report Degraded, and is cancelled if auto-cancel is on. Use a duration like 30s, 15m, 2h or 7d, or a .NET TimeSpan like 01:30:00. Leave empty to use the default.
