Change how long message history is kept

POST 
/api/queues/:queueName/history-retention

Sets how long earlier versions of messages are kept, for queues that keep history. Use a duration like 30s, 15m, 2h or 7d, or a .NET TimeSpan like 01:30:00. Leave empty to use the default.
